Lilt began with a simple love for slow, thoughtful baking, the kind that takes time, patience, and a little trust in the process.
Founded as a one-person studio, Lilt grew through self-learning, practice, and a genuine love for bread.
Today, we bake naturally fermented sourdough, focaccia, salt bread, and other artisan bakes in small batches, always giving each bake the time it deserves.
The name “Lilt” comes from the idea of a gentle rhythm, something light, warm, and quietly uplifting. That’s also the feeling we hope our bakes can bring to your day.
As Lilt grows, we hope to share more breads and pastries while staying true to our craft.
