To ensure consistency, quality, and proper natural fermentation, we bake a limited number of sourdough loaves each day.
- Orders close daily at 7:00 PM, or earlier if fully booked
- Please place orders at least 3 days in advance
- All sourdoughs are naturally fermented and baked in small batches
Shipping Date & Delivery
The date selected at checkout refers to your Shipping Date which is the day your order is scheduled for dispatch.
While we aim to dispatch all orders on the selected Shipping Date, delivery timelines remain subject to courier schedules, weather conditions, public holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.
As each loaf is handcrafted, natural variations in shape, colour, crumb structure, and scoring are expected and form part of the unique character of artisan bread.
For the best flavour and texture, we recommend enjoying your bread as fresh as possible.
- Room temperature: Store in an airtight bag/container for up to 2–3 days
- Refrigerator: Up to 5 days
- Freezer: Up to 1 month for longer storage
Reheating:
Lightly mist the bread with water before reheating.
- Oven: 175°C for 5–8 minutes (depending on the size and type of bread).
- Air fryer: 160–170°C for 3–5 minutes
- Avoid microwaving as it may affect texture
For the best flavour and texture, we recommend enjoying focaccia and salt bread within 1–2 days, while sourdough can be enjoyed over several days.
Our products may contain or come into contact with wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, seeds, and other allergens, depending on the ingredients used.
While we take reasonable care in handling ingredients, all products are prepared in a kitchen where allergens are present. As such, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from traces of allergens.
