At Lilt Bake Studio, all products are freshly baked to order in small batches.
As our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect orders placed by customers
- Delays caused by courier services
- Minor cosmetic changes occurring during transit
- Natural variations in appearance, shape, colour, crumb structure, scoring, or topping distribution
If you receive an incorrect item or a product is missing from your order, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel and provide clear photographs where applicable.
Eligible claims will be reviewed individually. Where appropriate, Lilt Bake Studio may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at its sole discretion.
We reserve the right to decline any claim that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
