As our products are freshly prepared and baked to order, cancellations, modifications, returns, and refunds are not permitted once an order has been confirmed.
This includes requests to:
- Cancel an order
- Change products or flavours
- Change quantities
- Change delivery details
- Change the selected Shipping Date
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details carefully before completing checkout.
In the unlikely event that Lilt Bake Studio is unable to fulfil an order due to unforeseen circumstances, ingredient shortages, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, a full refund will be issued for the affected order.
