Products
All products are handcrafted and baked in small batches. As a result, natural variations in appearance, shape, colour, crumb structure, scoring, and topping distribution may occur. These variations are a natural characteristic of artisan baking and do not constitute defects.
Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes. Actual products may vary slightly from the images shown.
Ordering
All orders are subject to availability and daily production capacity.
Orders may close before the stated cut-off time once daily production capacity has been reached.
Lilt Bake Studio reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
The selected Shipping Date refers to the date your order is scheduled for dispatch. Delivery timelines remain subject to courier operations and are not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at checkout, including recipient details, delivery address, and contact information, is accurate and complete.
Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
Full payment is required before an order is confirmed. Prices, product offerings, and availability may be updated without prior notice.
Delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by courier schedules, weather conditions, public holidays, traffic conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, responsibility for delivery rests with the courier service provider.
While every effort is made to package products carefully, Lilt Bake Studio cannot guarantee that products will arrive without minor cosmetic changes that may occur during transit.
Product Freshness & Storage
Our products are made fresh to order and contain no added preservatives.
Customers are responsible for following the storage and reheating recommendations provided to maintain product quality after delivery.
As product freshness may naturally decline over time, we recommend consuming products within the suggested storage period.
Allergens
Our products may contain or come into contact with wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, seeds, and other allergens.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and ingredient information before placing an order.
While we take reasonable care in handling ingredients, all products are prepared in a kitchen where allergens are present. As such, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from traces of allergens.
Customers with food allergies or sensitivities should exercise their own judgement before purchasing or consuming our products.
Refunds, Returns & Cancellations
All orders are final.
As products are freshly prepared and baked to order, cancellations, modifications, returns, and refunds are not accepted once an order has been confirmed.
